Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes. The minimum stay for the cabins is 2 nights. RV sites are only rented by the month, 30 night minimum.

Are RV sites full hookup?

Yes! All 10 sites are full hookup with water, sewer, and electricity 30 and 50 amp service on each site.

Do you allow long term stays?

Yes! Cabins and RV sites can be rented monthly! Call the office for pricing.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available for each cabin. Wi-Fi is not available for RV sites. You are welcome to bring a satellite dish or hotspot.

What is your cancellation policy?

If canceling 14+ days before arrival you'll receive 100% refund minus service fees.

If canceling 7-14 days before arrival you'll receive 50% refund minus service fees.

Anything less than 7 days before check in, no refund is issued.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed on RV sites but must be on a leash when outside of the camper. Pets are not allowed in cabins.

Are you on the water?

We are not located on Lake Hartwell, but you can be at multiple boat ramps and swimming areas in less than 10 minutes. The Gum Branch Mega Ramp is only 4 miles away!

Do you have grills or fire pits?

We have a pavilion with 2 charcoal grills and a fire pit everyone is welcome to use!

Do you have cots available?​

No, we do not have cots or air mattresses available for extra sleeping space.

​

Do you have extra parking available in the park?

Each cabin has enough space to park a boat trailer beside the cabin and 1-2 vehicles at each cabin. RV sites have enough space to park the RV and 2 vehicles. If more space is needed, please contact the office for instructions!

Do you rent campers?

No, we only rent the RV sites. We do not supply the RV.

Do you allow tent camping?

No, we do not allow tent camping since we do not have a bath house on the property.

 

​Are there public restrooms and shower facilities?

There are no public facilities on site. All cabins are equipped with full bathrooms that include showers and restrooms.

Is there a laundry facility nearby?

Yes, we have a self pay laundry facility onsite available to guests 24/7. It has 2 washers, 2 dryers and an ironing board. The machines accept quarters.
